The Tier 1 Foundation Health & Safety Construct Safe assessment is delivered as an online test and consists of 50 questions that relate to basic health and safety and is designed for everyone working on a construction site.
Questions are either ‘multi-choice’ or ‘point and click’ and have audio to eliminate language barriers.
Assessments are conducted in accredited test centres by accredited testing supervisors.
An assessment aligned to the industry H&S standard for coal face leaders (e.g.leading hands, foremen). Specifically aimed at site based leaders of small teams of construction workers.
CHASNZ require workers attempting this level of assessment to have undertaken training in line with the LeadSafe Supervisors 2 day course or others as per 1.2 of the Constructsafe Health and Safety Competency – Supervisors Framework
