Delivery Types

Here at Besafe Training we are focused on the learner and their outcomes when completing their training with us. To ensure that we meet the diverse range of learning styles we have been pro-actively developing our types of delivery.

Read below to find out more about the different types of delivery

Face to Face / In Person

Traditional classroom learning sessions supplemented with hands-on activities and technology to allow learners to control their own learning pace. Benefits are role-play, mentoring, hands-on practice, and feedback.

Online (eLearning)

A form of distance education in which the course is intentionally designed to be delivered fully online. We use pedagogical strategies for instruction, student engagement, and assessment that are specific to learning in a virtual environment.

Blended

Blended courses are a combination of our online course for the theory  followed with a in-person session for application of the practical skills.

A blended approach to learning is about the design of a course that enhances the teaching and learning experiences for students and teachers by combining face-to-face learning activities with online learning components. In many cases the act of “blending” achieves better student experiences and outcomes, and more efficient teaching and course management practices. It can involve a mix of delivery modes, teaching approaches and learning styles. Advances in technology provide new opportunities for students to learn in diverse environments and for courses to be designed and delivered in a way that enhances the teachers’ role.
