Learn the skills required to safely remove friable (Class A) asbestos-containing material, where higher levels of control and compliance are critical.

Training is delivered through a combination of essential theory and practical application, using our purpose-built asbestos removal training area to simulate real-world conditions.

Course Delivery:
This is a full-day course combining classroom instruction with hands-on practical training in our specialised asbestos removal training area. Trainees complete a simulated friable asbestos removal task under controlled conditions to demonstrate competency.

Certification and Licensing Note:
This course allows you to remove friable asbestos for an asbestos removal contractor who holds a Class A licence issued by Worksafe. You will not hold the licence yourself. To apply for your own licence to remove asbestos, please contact Worksafe for the requirements.
