3. Pay to secure your spot
Pay in December to qualify. If you’re using a Purchase Order (PO), please ensure full payment is received by 24 December 2025.
4. You’re in the draw
We’ll confirm your booking and automatically enter you into the December Prize Draw.

- Do online training courses count?
Yes! - Are all public courses eligible?
Most Besafe public courses booked and paid between 1–24 December 2025 are eligible. If you’re unsure, our team can confirm before you book. - Can I change learner names later?
Yes – learner name changes on public course bookings are permitted free of charge up to 48 hours before the course start time (T&Cs apply). - How will I know if I’ve won?
The draw will be held in January 2026. The winner will be notified by phone and email.
Terms & Conditions (Summary)
- One entry per booking on eligible public courses booked and paid between 1–24 December 2025.
- Training may be completed up to 31 March 2026, subject to availability.
- Flexible name changes: name changes on public course bookings are permitted free of charge up to 48 hours before the course start time (additional changes may incur fees). Replacement learners must meet all entry and competency requirements.
- All bookings are subject to Besafe Training’s standard cancellation and rescheduling policies. Courses may be rescheduled due to minimum numbers, tutor availability, extreme weather, or health & safety reasons.
- Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and used for booking, communication, and competition administration.
- Purchase Orders (POs): companies may reserve training dates with a valid PO. Full payment must be received by 24 December 2025 to qualify for December Prize Draw entry. If payment is not received by this date, reservations remain valid but promotional entry is forfeited.
Prize Draw Conditions
- Every eligible December booking receives one entry into the December Prize Draw.
- The winner may choose either:
- A free company First Aid or Fire Extinguisher course (max 12 students, Auckland delivery, delivered by 31 March 2026); or
- One free enrolment into the Level 4 NZ Certificate in Workplace Health & Safety (online).
- Valid for bookings made between 1–24 December 2025.
- Learners must meet all course entry and competency requirements.
- Company booking prize includes up to 12 students and is delivered in Auckland only, before 31 March 2026.
- The winner may choose to donate their selected prize to an agreed community group (subject to Besafe Training’s approval and eligibility).
- The December Prize Draw officially runs from 1–24 December 2025. Besafe Training is offering early access to existing customers: any eligible bookings made from 27 November 2025 will automatically receive an entry into the draw. All entries (early and standard) will be treated equally at the time of the draw.
- Draw to be held in January 2026; winner notified by phone and/or email. If unclaimed within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
- The winner consents to promotional photography and publication of their first name and company for marketing purposes.
