Resource Sorter – Construction

Course Information

After a successful run as a micro-credential equivalency, Resource Sorter – Construction is now an approved NZQA Micro-credential (Level 2, 5 credits). It’s a fast, practical pathway that equips  workers with job-ready skills to sort, store, and reduce construction waste safely—lifting site tidiness, boosting diversion rates, and supporting environmental goals.

The programme blends concise classroom learning with real on-site experience and is delivered by accredited BSTL trainers from Sime Group, with NZQA accreditation held by Besafe Training Ltd (BSTL) and strong industry support.

On successful completion, results are reported to NZQA and added to the learner’s NZQA Record of Achievement (RoA).
